Following is an overview of the 'Search Procedure' that we use in order to provide you with the most suitable applicant and employee for your vacant position :
1. Project Plan
Once we know exactly the kind of person you are looking for, we can recommend the best method or combination of methods to locate them.
2. Contact
After headhunting activities, advertisements and/or mailings, we have a telephone service (also at the weekend), so that people can call and ask questions. We then invite them to send in their applications.
3. Personal Interviews
We carefully study the CVs and references, then select the candidates who are technically qualified.
4. Presentation The most suitable candidates will be presented to you in person. The presentation will be conducted until you have a thorough understanding of the candidate
5. Contract of Employment Once you have made your choice, we can assist you in negotiations of conditions and contract signature.
6. One year Guarantee
We offer a one-year guarantee, that should the person not perform satisfactorily, or should they leave the company for any reason, we will find a new employee with no fee charge.
